Do I need experience with breathwork?

No experience is required. The method is fully guided, safe, and suitable for all levels.

What if I miss a session?

Each session builds on the previous one, but missing a week is no problem. You can rejoin the following session and still get the full benefit of the journey.

What do I need for the sessions?

A quiet space, good headphones, a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie down, and an eye mask (optional).

Is it safe?

Yes – 9D Breathwork is safe for most people. If you have medical conditions (like heart issues, epilepsy, or are pregnant), please check with your doctor first. If you have questions about this, you can always reach out to Johan.
