From a young age, Johan was drawn to life’s deeper layers—the hidden patterns, the unspoken energy, and the untapped potential within us all. His personal journey led him through profound healing, guiding him to explore hypnotherapy, 9D breathwork, energy work, and past-life exploration as tools for transformation. Out of this path, Today is the Moment was born—a space to help others break free from limiting patterns and reconnect with their true selves.

Johan van Houten was born in the Netherlands with a heart full of curiosity and a deep sensitivity to the world around him. A passionate traveler and soul explorer, Johan is known for his ability to hold safe, transformative spaces through hypnotherapy, breathwork, and energy healing. His journey has always been guided by a search for depth—beyond the surface, into the truth of what it means to live, feel, and be fully present.
He created Today is the Moment as a movement of conscious healing, to remind others that their truth and peace already live within them.

Our story began in..
Mexico—where fate crossed my path with Johan’s in a moment of perfect divine timing. From the very beginning, our souls recognized a shared calling. Even across distance and time, our connection only grew stronger, eventually guiding us to walk this healing path side by side.
I was born in Bolivia, and my journey has been one of bridging worlds—inner and outer, spiritual and structural. With a background in architecture, real estate, and holistic business development, I bring the creative flow, strategic vision, and heart-led leadership to Today is the Moment.
My purpose is to awaken others to their inner power, help them reconnect with their truth, and build soul-aligned systems that support real transformation—individually and collectively.
Together, Johan and I blend healing and structure, spirit and strategy—anchored in the belief that we’re here to live fully, love deeply, and serve others from our most authentic selves. Today is the Moment is not just our project—it’s a movement born from love, healing, and the desire to guide others home to themselves.

We joined this mission after experiencing my own awakening and healing through his work. What began as a personal transformation became our shared purpose. We now support and amplify Today is the Moment through creative direction, communication, and holding space for expansion.
